Currently a Senior Project Manager at a major university in Boston, Massachusetts, Michael helps organizations transform strategy into execution through structured planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership.
His career includes leadership roles in Financial Services, healthcare, and higher education, with experience spanning business analysis, systems analysis, IT project management, program leadership, and organizational change initiatives. Michael has taught more than 60 graduate-level project management, leadership and healthcare courses and has instructed thousands of students throughout his academic career.
